In which someone is in trouble.
OH MAN CAN YOU BELIEVE THIS IS UP ON TIME? AFTER A CONVENTION? I barely can! I gotta thank all the people who came out to see me at HeroesCon (and the people who bought one of the first copies of Chapter One!), Rynnay for being a wonderful tablemate, and Jordan for sharing her hotel room with me! The whole thing was a blast and I hope I can go back next year!

So he can write (and presumably read at least *some*) runes, but he can't read the written standard language? Interesting...

I took it to mean that he can read fine, but just asked her what the sign said because that was faster.
