For people that don't think in sentences and instead think in pictures, symbols or abstract/otherwise equally inaudible associations instead, wonder how this spell would be rendered?

I always expected that when mind reading, it would be difficult to tell one's thoughts apart from the thoughts one is reading. Since after all, we don't usually have voices in our heads when we're thinking. It seems like picturing an audible voice track to voice thoughts in our heads would be deliberate, not automatic.

Personally, I don't really imagine Xira as "hearing" the thoughts he picks up on! It's less that people think in audible words and more that these are the meanings he's picking up on.

though as far as telling them apart, I actually think people's thoughts would have a distinct Feel, and you can tell when a thought Feels like someone else's! (Part of the reason Xira's suggestion spell tends to be in first-person rather than second-person is to imply that he feels like your own thoughts instead of an outside source).
