Oh no, the turban's cool. Keep the turban (and the rest of his Highly Fashionable Apparel). We just wanna see what the protein he's extruded out of his head looks like, it's like a mask for his head.

Oh, goodness. I'm with Tehbeefer here -- I have to admit, I think I interpreted most of the comments about wanting to see him without the turban as "Ooh, I want to see the clues on his head!" not "I don't want to see him with the turban anymore."
(...Although, oh dear, I keep forgetting he's a guy. *hangs head*)

I...I like Xira's turban. :T I think that it's cool that so many different cultures are in your webcomic. So many people are like: "Take off the turban!" but I'm sitting here quietly whispering "But it's cool..."
