That would be pretty weird unless he had messed up wings when he originally miscast! It didn't give him tentacle legs, after all. xD
(Fun fact: In the first drafts of his design, Sev had messed up wings as well! I dropped them because they were super annoying to draw. )

Just occurred to me how convenient and lucky it is that Sev still has wings in dragon form and not tentacles. It's good that the miscast only applies to one pair of limbs.
