For an instant last page I thought that Sev was the one who had abducted Jonan.

I can't decide whether Jonan's face is one of "wow that was close" or "dammit Sev that's not an information I wish to share".

Seems like they're all runewriters in that prison.
And, uh, Jonan will probably guess soon that Xira has something to do with it, since he's not there (AEmber isn't either but she's hard to move and she could hardly have plotted against them).
