YEAH -- there might also be some element of LOL THATS RIGHT GOTTA MOVE LEGS TO WALK and being uncoordinated, but not atrophy so much!

I was going to make a comment about Aember probably needing some serious help walking after being mostly sedentary that long... But I suppose if hunger or aging aren't a problem, neither is muscle atrophy.
(Assuming the faceplant is just due to the sudden absence of wall / awkward descent)
