Jonan was fully hydrated by the elemental in Dhemin (the trader lady whose memories got temporarily hidden by Xira). It's been a little more than one day since then!
The food situation is not doing great, though.

It's been a little while since I read the earlier comics, but is someone doing something to keep Jonan alive? Or is he taking water up his nose?
