Noooo, don't wake Tareth and invite her into seeing nightmares. Wake AEmber, she's ACTUALLY USEFUL.
Pity AEmber won't be woken by all the hubbub, and like Tarri is going to bother chatting with her once she wakes up with whatever evil thing Tareth will be seeing.
