Okay first off, someone's been adding a bunch of Runewriters examples on TV Tropes and I've been having a blast checking them all, but I think this one on Beard of Evil is my favourite:

I actually did one of those!! maybe like 2 or 3 pages after the introduction of Xira I think? I had one running on my DeviantArt -- though I did leave Necropony off of that, saying "necropony isn't included because I know he would win" and the number of "wait why can't I vote for necropony" comments that I got DEFINITELY VALIDATED MY CONCERNS. xD
Seems that since I'm not paying for a dA membership right now we can't look at any of my old polls, but I remember Tareth and Jonan ended up well ahead of the pack and tied for first place, and I think after that was Sev and then Xira, whom we'd seen for approximately 4 pages at this point. All the Agorath guys were at the bottom, Iavin losing with 1 vote and Esra doing suprisingly well with like....5 votes or something??
I'll probably do another one after CH 4 or 5, when we get to know everyone a little better!! I'd be really curious to see if anything changes. :>

I wonder if the healer is yet another person who knows Jonan? It would be pretty funny if they're one of the few people around here that don't, and they just assume this random person is a friend of the wounded...
You know what? You should totally hold one of those character popularity polls. It would be really interesting to see the results. :D
