In all fairness, being suspicious of someone who looks like Jonan but is asking for help is probably a solid policy.

They all have runes, but different runewriters are different! Like how Jonan's eyebrows are bright red but Sev's don't have any green in them at all.

Ahh I see. So basically the coloured runes on their heads don't reach down as far as le balding fellow?

Wait wait, if the runes reach all the way down to a runewriter's eyebrows, how come we can't see Jonan's or Sev's runes regardless of their hair? Or do some cover less of the head than others? Or do the runes magickally appear when someone starts balding? XD
