GO TO MEDIEVAL TIMES.
Some friends and I went for a buddy's bachelor party. The food was GREAT, and the show was awesome.

Every single character here has the survival instinct of a lemming, or has no concept of how badly free food can end in a D&D scenario (typically with 3/4 of the party dead in my case).
And is Medieval Times a thing that should be capitalized? My poor Scottish brain fails to comprehend its significance.

Medieval Times is a theme restaurant thingie. Jousts, giant turkey legs, etc.
Also: In one of our campaigns, one player refused to let his character eat anything at inns the whole trip, bringing his own food supply. Poison the party one time...

Heh. There's something very cute about the way that Tareth "omigosh"es.

That awkward moment when a guy asks for your coat and you don't know how to tell him that it's actually being used to hide your hideous aberrant squid hands.
I still love Nameless Servant (I shall call him Tim, he looks like a Tim). I esp. enjoy the fact that he's still clueless to the fact that his master just plain can't talk, and so is likely putting this whole 'letter writing' down on the long, long list of necromancer eccentricities.
And yay, free food! (And I love that Sev doesn't even comment on Jonan calling him a savage. XD Orrr is that some sort of Runewriter term I don't know about?)

It's actually explained in this week's vote incentive. *side-eyes, nods that way slightly*

Hahaha, everyone is just like "Jonan is so quiet today, how weird!!" xD
(Tim works weirdly well actually.)
And yeah, since everyone calls Sev a savage it would eveeeeentually be obvious that that's kinda normal, but I thought I'd throw in a little extra explanation just for you guys. c:

(BTW, left a rather long comment on the last page. I was super late leaving it so I figure you probably haven't seen it. XD; I AM MORE PUNCTUAL THIS WEEK sort of.)

Naw, I am notified of all comments -- I love seeing them and usually read them within like a day. xD Replying I am not always as good at, sob.

Oh, excellent! And no worries. XD I can't complain, seeing as I still have a backlog of some 40 replies I need to do someday on DA. *glares at her notifications box and mutters*

I just got my order of TNH stuff in the mail, yay! It's all awesome, and my cat promptly stuck her head inside the packing envelope, claiming it as hers. She's sleeping on it now. And the books are safely on my desk, waiting to be read. The pins are great. The "Pens & Proofreading" poster may just go on the wall of my husband's 7th grade classroom -- or perhaps I'll buy another, and keep the first for myself.
Woo!

This is weird but Tim looks like a hamster/guinea pig/squirrel. Especially in panel two. It's kind of adorable. <3
