In case you weren't sure, Varænski raptors don't usually have tentacles.

Voting is, as usual, process shots of this page in progress (and also lets you see the page without word balloons, so that's neat too)!

The funny thing about fantasy is that I need to be explicitly told that those horns weren't normal. XD I was just assuming he had horns! SILLY ME. Poor Sev!

I think you weren't alone! I seem to remember a while back in the comments when someone referred to him as "human?" and I'm PRETTY SURE it's the horns that throw you off in that regard, haha!

Raptor wolves are the best animals. It's official.

...wait...he couldn't talk with a skull for a face, but he can talk with a beak? O.o

Some animals with beaks can talk; I'm pretty sure Sev could figure it out!

By contrast, I don't know ANYONE with a skull face who can talk.

Well gee, that's inconvenient! (Now I want to see a compiled image of a bunch of different animals with tentacled hands. It could be like... fat animal incentives... except with tentacles!)

If you don't explain how he got the horns in the main comic, I think it would be hilarious to see a mini-comic about it. Something makes me think that could be an amusing story. XD

I think I've asked this question before, but... Do they have American accents in this place? If the æ symbol makes the "a" sound in "cat", then the places they use it in their writing (you don't use that symbol in their dialogue) makes it appear that they have American accents.

Then again, I may just be stupid since I kind of forget what an American accent sounds like unless someone speaks it.
