A day without food is pretty bad, even if you're not doing much. I felt weak and stupid and tired all the time. Standing up took effort.
A day without water? I don't want to imagine that.

It's not so bad if you're sitting down, but since Jonan is moving around a lot, I don't think he'd be doing too well.
When I go a day without food/water, it's only from around 5 AM to 5 PM. It's all good until the end, and I can still go walking and stuff if I want. I don't drink much water though so it's all right.

I'll just have to say that I'm getting more and more sorry for Jonan. I know what it's like to go a day without food, so I can sort of relate.
On a side note, in the second last panel I'm pretty sure necropony doesn't know wtf Jonan wants him to do.
