At least half a dozen people called it: Effeminate Russian Dude was the thing. The fact that it's a near-perfect copy of ERD whereas before when it was sneaking into town it didn't even have a face, plus the fact it's called a Facestealer, makes me worry about ERD's wellbeing.

And see, Severian, this could possibly be the reason Runewriters don't draw runes on yourselves.

Hahahaha, good job everyone! Shouty-man called it, too, he just didn't call it very intelligibly. >>;

Also you guys give the best nicknames. The. Best.

Woo, I guessed correctly! Awesome.

And I wonder who he's looking for. Tareth, I assume, as she's the only other character we know of, but perhaps not.

Doesn't seem like he is looking for someone to me. More that he needs someone to let him in at his destination.

Especially if it's locked, doubt his tentacles can handle a key :D

My guess is, he lives...IN A BROTHEL!

Ahahaha oh man, no, unlocking doors is way out of his league. That, my friends, is what we call "adding insult to injury."

Though I doubt he has a key on him. Not like he really has... pockets.

Even if somebody else IS home, it's only going to make matters worse for him. Personally I want to watch Severian explain his transformed state to his magical mentor. Or his mom.

"Okay, mom, it's not as bad as it seems. I can still open up pickle jars!"

Having tentacle suction hands would be like having a permanent jar opener. There's the bright side!
