Oh hey! I totally didn't expect a new page on 31st December. but here it is! Yay! Also let me wish you an early Happy New Year!
One must wonder how awful this Order is at identifying demons. The specificity and positive predictive value of these tests are pretty low. /nerdiness

Oh, hey. Now that you say. That's interesting. :o I guess this also means I'll need to read back previous pages after interludes.

I'm so confused by what's happening here. I mean, either Esra is one hell of a ballsy liar or I've missed something really basic in terms of scene transition and smeg.
Oh! And is puppet-mastery a subwotsit of mind magic as a whole? Or is Iavin just bigging himself up like a pimp?

Iiiiiiii will only say that I don't think you've missed anything! >u>
As to different sorts of mind magic, though, that will come up again later and we may learn more then! :3 THOUGH THAT DESCRIPTION OF IAVIN IS ACTUALLY SORT OF WONDERFUL

I gotta say, I would hate to be part of this organization, since apparantly getting killed by the dude your superior sent you to capture gets nothing more than a cursory "Oops. ...Oh well" from said superior. (There's also the slightly depressing fact that Esra's OCD makes him more concerned about the blood tracks than the dead bodies on the floor. Not cool, man.)
Oh hey, Iavin doesn't have black soulless eyes anymore! Nice to know he's mostly human, I guess. XD Although the effect was definitely impressive.
